We founded Coastal Raintree Consulting, Ltd. shortly after we moved to Gibsons in 2014.
Since then, we have focused on establishing a professional and friendly relationship with clients, local authorities and other professionals across the Sunshine Coast while completing fully compliant environmental studies for a wide variety of projects.
Every client and every project is different. That is why we work closely with home and business owners, as well as with builders, architects and engineers, to develop and deliver comprehensive environmental studies that comply with the unique regulatory requirements of each of our clients.
Sometimes the environmental requirements of a Development Permit Application are overwhelming. Sometimes the specific needs are a bit more complex due to a unique design configuration or remote location. Other times you just want to be sure your environmental report is completed by local professionals with experience working on the Coast.
