Coastal Raintree Consulting did a biological assessment for a large property (294,611 m2 (29.46 Ha) and 68,200 m2 (6.82 Ha) in Egmont for us. There were large trees, migratory birds, streams, coastal riparian zones, and archaeological sites to contend with, all a boat ride away from the government dock.
They were able to inform us about the possibilities and restrictions of the site quickly over the phone so that we could continue with our design work with the client. We were able to bounce ideas and options off with them and come up with a few great options for the new large home and its multiple amenities for the client. They were great to work with and really facilitated the smooth continuation of our work.
